Everything was amazing. The food was top-notch with plenty of variety at breakfast and dinner. I loved the pool area and the evening programs with live music. Our room even had a great sea view and a spacious balcony! Spa treatments looked nice too. 😊

one would think staying here would be a treat, but the shower heads were absolutely disgusting with mold, and the air conditioning wafted a horrible odor. as a true connoisseur of luxury, i expected a room upgrade for all my troubles, but instead, i was met with a lackluster experience. i just couldn’t recommend it.

Fantastic location near the beach with an amazing selection of food that keeps you coming back for more. Great entertainment options that add a lively atmosphere to the stay.
Air conditioning on the 2nd floor is barely noticeable, making for uncomfortable nights in the heat. Pool ladders feel unstable, and the pool bar closes too early, cutting short the fun while the sun's still shining. there are quite a few ants and mosquitoes in the rooms, likely making things tricky without proper prevention gear.

the hotel has an amazin vibe, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. loved the food at the buffet, it was delish and had a lot of variety, especially the fresh fish. the pool area was great too, we chilled on those balinese beds, totally free! we stayed in a junior suite with partial sea view and it was spacious and comfy. everything was spotless, thanks to our lovely cleaner, monica!
the only downside was that the walls were kinda thin and you could hear your neighbors. also, sometimes the entertainment at night was a bit loud.

Room was super clean and spacious. Had a large balcony, air conditioning, coffee machine, and free minibar. Bathroom had good toiletries and a nice shower. Spa and massage services were available which added a nice touch. Pool area had plenty of loungers too. Great dining with lots of variety!
